On October 25, 2024, D.S. Senanayaka National School conducted the Leadership Training

Programme for the newly appointed prefects. The event took place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and was designed to equip the prefects with the essential leadership skills they will need throughout the academic year.

The programme included a series of interactive workshops, group activities, and discussions, aimed at enhancing the prefects’ abilities to lead with integrity, responsibility, and teamwork. Through these sessions, the prefects learned valuable techniques for managing their roles, motivating peers, and fostering a positive school environment.
